UNIVERT, Alfortville

The new Univert residence is made up of three buildings, whose resolutely contemporary character contributes to the new modern and residential face of the district. Each building is differentiated by distinct lines and materials. The first presents ordered and balanced facades, alternating white and anthracite gray tones. The second stands out for its more dynamic volumes and its elegant hand-molded stone brick cladding. The third, entirely dressed in white, accommodates continuous balconies and adopts curved lines which delicately round its corners.
